- Your choice of jam
- Crème fraîche or sour cream
Mix equal parts jam and crème fraîche (or sour cream) in a bowl. Use as topping for waffles, pancakes, scones, etc.
My friend Petra and I used apricot jam above, but any jam will work just as well. Enjoy!
