Flourless Chocolate Cake

You know how sometimes, you come across something that’s so amazing, before you know it, there’s nothing left because you ate it so fast?

Well, this flourless chocolate cake wasn’t like that at all.

After one bite (the one not pictured above), I was forced to pause and wonder when the last time was that I had something so amazing.

Dump Cake

The idea of dump cake was–and is–slightly horrifying to me. You dump 5 ingredients into a pan, don’t even stir (don’t even stir!), and pop it into the oven. Miraculously, the result isn’t explosive or vomit-inducing, and the cake doesn’t emit VOCs (I think).

One of the five ingredients is butter. Of course. Can you guess what the other four are?

Dump Cake is a mystery indeed.
